Company Settings

Accessing Company Settings

Navigate to Settings from the main menu. The Company Settings page contains your organization-wide configuration that applies to all AI Employees and team members.

Company Profile

Your company profile includes basic information used across the platform:

• Company Name — Appears in reports, emails, and AI Employee responses when they reference your organization.
• Industry — Helps the platform suggest relevant persona templates and optimize AI responses for your sector.
• Timezone — All schedules, timestamps, and routine executions use this timezone. Make sure it matches your primary business location.
• Currency — The default currency for financial operations, reports, and tools that deal with monetary values.

Default Employee Settings

Configure defaults that apply when creating new AI Employees:

• Default Language — The language new employees will respond in unless overridden.
• Default Tone — Professional, friendly, or custom. This sets the communication style baseline.
• Auto-activate — Whether new employees are created in an active or paused state.

These defaults save time when creating multiple employees. Individual employees can override any of these settings.

API and Tokens

For developers or advanced integrations, the API section provides:

• API Keys — Generate keys for programmatic access to the ianai platform.
• Webhook URLs — View and manage webhook endpoints for incoming integrations.
• Token Management — Revoke and regenerate tokens as needed.

Keep your API keys secure. Never share them in public repositories or client-side code.

Notification Preferences

Control how and when you receive notifications:

• Task Failures — Get notified when an AI Employee encounters an error. Recommended to keep enabled.
• Routine Completions — Receive a summary when scheduled routines finish.
• System Alerts — Integration disconnections, quota warnings, and platform updates.
• Email Digest — Receive a daily or weekly summary of all AI Employee activity.

Each team member can configure their own notification preferences independently.
