Navigating the Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your home base in ianai. It gives you an at-a-glance view of all your AI Employees and quick access to platform settings. Every time you log in, you land here.

Main Navigation

The left sidebar contains the primary navigation links:

• Employees — The main dashboard showing all your AI Employees. This is the default view.
• Integrations — Manage your connected business systems (ERP, POS, accounting).
• Settings — Company settings, team management, and notification preferences.

On mobile devices, the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu accessible from the top-left corner.

Employee Cards

Each AI Employee is represented by a card on the dashboard. The card displays:

• Name — The name you assigned when creating the employee.
• Persona Badge — Shows the persona template (e.g., "Sales Representative," "Customer Support").
• Status Indicator — A green dot for active employees, gray for paused.
• Last Activity — Timestamp of the most recent task or conversation.
• Channel Icons — Small icons showing which communication channels are connected (Telegram, Slack, etc.).

Quick Actions

Hover over an employee card (or tap on mobile) to reveal quick action buttons:

• Chat — Opens the built-in chat interface for direct interaction.
• Pause/Resume — Toggle the employee active status without opening the detail page.
• Settings — Jump directly to the employee settings tab.
• Activity — View the recent activity log.

Search and Filter

If you have multiple AI Employees, use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to find employees by name. You can also filter by:

• Status — Show only active or only paused employees.
• Persona — Filter by persona type (Sales, Support, Operations, etc.).
• Integration — Show employees connected to a specific business system.

The "New Employee" button in the top-right corner of the dashboard starts the creation wizard. See the "Creating Your First AI Employee" guide for detailed steps.
